“We fully support the policies of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, which of course has considered various aspects. We are ready to implement this provision as an effort to break the chain of the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic in the country, “said General Manager of Lombok Airport Nugroho Jati.

As for passengers who already have tickets on the flight schedule for that period, they can go to Lombok Airport to make a refund. However, the ticket refund policy is carried out by the airport not by giving it in cash, but in the form of a re-route policy, a re-schedule, or a replacement voucher.

For people who want to make a refund by coming to the airport, please pay attention to the protocol to prevent the spread of Covid-19, including physical distancing, avoiding crowds, and wearing masks. Further information can contact the airline customer service concerned, “said Nugroho Jati.
