GETNEWS.ID, Mataram – NTB Regional Police Chief Inspector General Drs Nana Sudjana stated, in 2018 cases of discipline violations committed by members of the NTB Regional Police there were 322 violators.
“It also includes violations of the code of ethics in 2018 of 26 violators. In 2019 there were 38 offenders or experienced an increase of 12 offenders, ” the NTB Regional Police Chief told reporters in Mataram, Friday (12/27).
Nana said, from 2018 to 2019 there was 46 personnel of the NTB Regional Police who were dishonorably discharged (PTDH).
“Also balanced by increased supervision of personnel. In 2018 there were 26 people and in 2019 there were 20 people. It means there is a decrease of 6 personnel, ” Nana said.
The decrease in the number of violators, said Nana thanks to the periodic guidance of personnel. While in 2019 the NTB Police Chief said, there were 158 violators, and decreased by 164 violators. Nana also stated the Kamtibmas situation in NTB, wherein 2018 the total number of crimes (CT) was 9,101 criminal cases and in 2019 there were 7,985 cases.
“This number has decreased by 1,116 cases or decreased by 12 percent. This is because of the optimization of police activities in both the preventive and repressive fields, ” said the Chief of Police.
The Kapolda added, for the 2018 crime clearance there were 5,833 cases. Whereas in 2019 there were 5.87 cases. That is, decreased by 646 cases or dropped to 11 percent.
